The rock climbing and Navigation courses are run in the Peak District. And the Winter Skills and WInter Mountaineering courses are run in Aviemore Scotland.

I provide all the technical equipment for the courses, however, some personal kit (Ice axes, crampons and possibly boots) may be hired on the WInter courses.

Not much. Most of the courses are at an introductory level. The only course that does require a bit of experience is the Indoor To Outdoor Climbing Courses. They are designed for people who have experience of climbing on climbing walls. All you need is to be moderately fit with an apatite for learning and fun.
